Fallos en mi .css , en los distintos navegadores

Creé mi web y consigo verla correctamente tal y como la hice en internet explorer. En cambio, en firefox, safari, chrome, etc. es un auténtico desastre. ¿Cúales son mis fallos? ¿Cómo puedo solucionarlos? Necesito ayuda fácil, ya que soy novato en esto. Pongo una de mis hojas .css para que podáis ayudarme a encontrar el fallo con más facilidad. Gracias.
