Error despues de instalar punBB!!

Hola, termine de instalar el foro punbb, luego de haber subido el archivo "config.php" como me dice en las instrucciones de instalación me apareció este mensaje:

Unable to write configuration cache file to cache directory. Please make sure PHP has write access to the directory 'cache'.

Note: For detailed error information (necessary for troubleshooting), enable "DEBUG mode". To enable "DEBUG mode", open up the file config.php in a text editor, add a line that looks like "define('FORUM_DEBUG', 1);" (without the quotation marks), and re-upload the file. Once you've solved the problem, it is recommended that "DEBUG mode" be turned off again (just remove the line from the file and re-upload it).

Me pueden ayudar, se poco (nada) de ingles y el traducctor de google no es muy confiable :?

Dale permisos 755 (o 777 en último caso) a la carpeta cache del foro ;)

También dice que puedes poner en el config.php el siguiente código:

define('FORUM_DEBUG', 1);

Luego vuelves a subir el archivo y ya te dejaría ir aunque yo probaría lo de los permisos primero.
