No me respeta el margin-top

SOLUCIONADO!!
No se si es una chapuza, pero... bueno XD
Le he puesto los margenes que quería donde quería y le he restado los px al menu

Poniendo esto al principio de tu CSS resetearás todos los márgenes y, a menos que los definas, la imagen debería estar pegada al inicio de la página:
